This Privacy Policy explains what information LudForge collects, why it is collected, how it is used, and how you can request account deletion.

Data we collect

LudForge collects only the information needed to create an account, operate the product, process payments, and improve the service.

Name or display name, when you provide it in your account.
Email address, used for authentication, account access, billing-related notices, and support.
Data created by you inside LudForge, including projects, resources, energy models, loot tables, crafting recipes, and related design inputs.

The data exists to make the app work and to keep your workspace connected to your account.

To create and manage your LudForge account.
To save and load the game-design data you create in the tools.
To connect your account to Stripe subscription status when you choose a paid plan.
To understand product usage, reliability, and performance in aggregate.

We use your information to provide LudForge and keep it usable, secure, and understandable.

To authenticate users, run the app, and provide access to saved workspaces.
To store project data so calculations and simulations can be reopened and edited later.
To send essential account, support, security, or billing-related messages.
To prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect the service.

LudForge may collect anonymous or aggregated analytics to understand how the product is used.

Analytics may include page views, feature usage, device or browser context, and technical performance signals, without intentionally identifying a person.
Analytics are used to improve onboarding, reliability, feature design, and product decisions.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers that are necessary to operate LudForge.

Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure for accounts and saved project data.
Vercel provides hosting, deployment, performance infrastructure, and related operational services.
Stripe processes checkout, subscription status, payment method handling, invoices, and billing events. LudForge does not store full card numbers.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to respond to valid legal requests.

You can request deletion of your account and project data.

Some billing, security, or legal records may be retained when required for legitimate business, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
